Starting in 2000, Luke built new homes from the $160k’s to the $750k’s in and around the Edmond area totaling approximately $60,000,000.  His experience in dealing with projects of massive proportions served him well in the detail-oriented niche-market of high-end custom homes as well as the more economical starter homes.

In 2020, Luke found a passion in bringing new life into aging homes through renovation and remodel projects ranging from $15,000 to well into the hundreds of thousands in homes up to almost a century old. His 20+ years of new home construction experience has carried over well in opening up the walls of existing homes and making them new again.  

Luke Carder has been married to his wife, Jaima, since 1998. They have two beautiful and talented daughters, Jackie and Audrey. In his spare time when he is not spending time with his family, he loves tending to his 130+ houseplants and the family garden. Jaima received her BSN with honors from the University of Central Oklahoma and is a Certified Nurse Case Manager. Jackie received her BA in Photographic Arts from the University of Central Oklahoma, and is honored on a plaque in the Mass Communications building with an award for outstanding portraiture.  Since 2014, she has been a professional photographer and handles all social media, web design, and photography/videography for TBD and numerous other companies (JackieCarderMedia.com). Audrey attends Edmond North High School, as did Jaima and Jackie, and will graduate in 2026 with plans to attend college to become a radiology technician. When Audrey is not painting and drawing, she enjoys ice skating, thrifting, and looking for her next pair of new shoes.
